Dennis was a perfectly positive facebook participant/friend who was always quick to encourage all his friends. He was a positive influence to all who knew him and will be deeply missed. May God give strength and comfort to all who knew and loved Dennis.
I am so sorry to hear that Dennis has passed away. My heart goes out to his family and close friends. It has been nice reconnectng with Dennis on Facebook. He always had psoitive comments.
I'm truly saddened to hear about Dennis. We're from the same neighborhood. We both lived off Cleveland Ave., Dennis on Ohio St. and me on Joliet St. George Luke lived between us on Devonshire. I don't remember when I first met him, but I think it was around 8 years old. We walked to Liberty School together then to junior high. I remember playing sports year round at the parks by the Pensy train station. I've been living in Houston since '82, so I didn't keep in touch with him as often as I would have liked. I knew his sister Bonnie and based on her facebook post, it sounds like he may have had a tough time near the end. Rest in peace my friend.
