Diane's family is hosting a memorial for her on Sat. Mar. 12 at 2pm at The Paragon Restaurant in Hobart. It is sad to think of Diane being gone. I have not seen her since high school days so in a sense she is frozen in my mind as that young beautiful vibrant 18 year old woman. I am sure many of her friends hold that same memory of her.
I just recently found out about our website (April 2021) so I'm just now learning of most of our mates who have passed. Of all of them, I think Diane's shook me the most. I remember having such a crush on her in junior high. We were both roller skaters, and whenever the rink would announce a couples skate, I would always look for her to see if she would skate with me. It's so hard to believe she's gone.
